On Tuesday, December 9th, we held our first employee training session on the topic of "Sustainability." The first twelve colleagues from administration, production, and the warehouse gathered in our new break room, "Foxtrot."

Our Sustainability Officer, Sandra Burwinkel, Project Manager Laura Brand, and Barbara Wagner (Wagner CSR, Communications) gave an approximately one-hour presentation on global challenges such as the climate crisis, the situation in the plastics industry, the advantages of ecological, social, and economic practices, and our company's successful path toward sustainability.

We will continue this training series in 2026. The goal is to raise awareness, foster a better understanding of our company's objectives, and empower our colleagues to become ambassadors for our sustainability efforts. Afterward, the employees received a leaflet containing key sustainability terminology for use in their daily work.
