Focus on energy efficiency
On Tuesday (June 2, 2026), we hosted the 11th "REGINEE Münsterland+" network meeting, organized by the Federal Association of Energy Consumers (VEA).
Within a REGINEE (Regional Networking for Energy Efficiency and Climate Protection) initiative, several small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) collaborate to boost their energy efficiency and advance climate protection measures.
A key feature of these networks is the moderated exchange of experience among participants. This enables companies to expand their expertise more rapidly, thereby reducing energy consumption and contributing to climate protection efforts.
Many companies are currently focused on the transition to alternative, renewable energy sources and technologies, as well as the challenge of remaining competitive amidst the energy crisis and global market disruptions. Consequently, the event centered on the various energy management systems and approaches employed by the participating SMEs.
Following the lunch break, a tour of our facilities took place, after which Dirk van der Pluym from the VEA provided an overview of the current energy market situation.
We greatly appreciated the exchange of ideas and the engaging day spent at our company.
