Small hero with a big impact

In close cooperation with the company "Rauh Hydraulik" in Garbsen, we have made a significant contribution to the cleanliness of hydraulic systems with our H800 lug plug. During a collaborative workshop at the customer's site, we were able to jointly identify the challenges associated with dirt ingress in pipes and hoses and thus develop this solution. The technology magazine "Fluid" reports on the collaboration in its current issue (July 2025, pp. 24-26).

A key finding was that dirt ingress is a problem, especially when filling hydraulic systems. To counteract this, we developed the innovative lug plug (H800). These plugs offer a simple and efficient way to quickly and securely close connections, thereby reducing material usage and minimizing waste.

"The successful cooperation with Rauh has made it possible to incorporate the knowledge gained directly into product development. This has significantly increased user trust and satisfaction," says our Sales Manager Jörg Naffin. The consistently positive feedback from both sides confirms that this collaboration not only contributes to the cleanliness of hydraulic systems, but also significantly improves efficiency and environmental friendliness in the industry.

Another positive example that shows us how collaborative approaches can lead to innovative, sustainable solutions – in this case in the hydraulics industry.
