Second works meeting
Good order numbers, positive sales growth: Despite global crises, we feel well prepared for our path to a sustainable future for the plastics industry. This is underpinned by the facts, figures, and business successes that we presented to our employees on thursday afternoon at our second staff meeting in 2025.
However, the pure figures are only ONE side of the story for us. Equally important for our company's development is determining the mood within the workforce. After all, our employees are the foundation of our success. Involving them and taking them along on our journey is a key concern for us.
Are our strategic goals being supported? Is there potential for improvement and suggestions regarding processes and working conditions, communication, corporate and leadership culture, occupational health and safety, sustainable activities, or participation?
We have been trying to find out this over the past few months through a digital employee survey. And we presented these exciting results openly and transparently on thursday.
With valuable, constructive feedback and fresh, innovative, and sustainable ideas from our employees, we're now moving forward - we're looking forward to everything that comes next.
